General Order Fulfillment

We use USPS for all our shipments and generally ship all orders within one business day. Domestic ground shipping takes from 3 to 6 business days within the continental United States. For international orders, we ship via USPS First Class Mail International. International shipments generally take 14-21 business days from day of shipment, but may be delayed by customs for various reasons.

International Shipments | Customs, Taxes & Fees

International shipments (including Canada) are subject to Broker Fees, Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees in your country. Any EXTRA fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receiving the shipment. The rules for these fees may vary by country, and the local government determines the customs and duty charges. Customs procedures may place a temporary hold on shipments.

Cancellations and Orders Not Received

Cancellations Policy

To cancel your order, please email us at info@finulite.com within 60 minutes of placing your order. Canceled orders may be subject to a 15% fee. An order can be canceled up to the point of shipment. If your order has already been processed, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Orders Not Received

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, we will not be held responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. Please make sure your address is correctly entered at time of order or contact us within 60 minutes of placing your order to update it.

Please Note:

  • Refunds must be requested within 45 days of purchase and are limited to one set per customer. All additional sets must be returned in new, unopened condition.
  • We can only refund purchases made directly from Finulite.com. All other return or refund requests should be addressed with the retailer of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event that a ”free shipping” item is returned, the standard shipping rate will be deducted from the final credit to cover shipping costs.

Return Instructions:

  • Please email returns@finulite.com to obtain a RMA (Return Authorization) number. Include your name and order number for faster processing.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on your return package and send all items to the address provided.
  • Returns will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. All refunds are issued via method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be completed.
